ABOUT WORSHIP
Worship: 7 p.m. Friday Evenings
Community Recovery's worship time is designed to bring everyone who needs help, hope and healing before God as they are. We facilitate this meaningful experience with the Community Recovery House band; Pastor Mark and guest speakers (testimonials, professionals, other pastors, etc.) and other musicians, dancers and dramas. The elements of our worship experience includes:
- Opening songs led by Community Recovery House band.
- Prayer partners pray with anyone needing prayer.
- Testimonials and/or a positive message from the Bible and the 12 Steps of recovery is shared.
- An offering is taken to help support outreach to hurting people.
- Drama, dance, musical solos or bands, poetry jams and other multimedia is utilized to carry a message of hope.
- The Serenity and Lord's Prayer is shared every week.
